Brand Assets & Guidelines
This page collects SCALE's official logos, color palette, and typography for partners, press, and affiliates, along with the guidelines for using them.
The Logo
The SCALE logo pairs our icon with a rounded wordmark. It is the preferred form wherever the brand appears. Always use the official files below — never recreate or alter the logo.
Logomark
The icon can be used on its own as a bold, distinctive mark when space is limited or the SCALE brand is already established nearby.
Wordmark
The standalone wordmark gives you flexibility when the logomark already appears elsewhere in the layout. Our preference is still the full logo.
Monochrome Applications
For single-color print, embossing, merchandise, or documents that cannot carry full color. Strictly for technical or restricted contexts — do not create your own recolored versions.
Logo Usage Guidelines
Logo Clear Space
Clear space is the minimum area around the logo that must stay free of other elements. The width of the letter L sets the gap between the icon and the wordmark; its height sets the minimum clear space around the logo as a whole.

Unsuccessful Logo Examples
Do
- Use the provided logo files without modification.
- Give the logo room to breathe: the height of the letter L sets the minimum clear space around it (see the diagram above).
- Follow the Core 4 color combinations: Dark Violet on Smoky White (primary), Smoky White on Dark Violet (reverse), Indigo on Dark Violet (expressive), and Dark Violet on Indigo (playful).
- When cropping the logomark, keep the icon's head and defining features (eye, nose, face) visible.

Color Palette
Dark Violet is our signature color and the anchor of our visual identity. Click a swatch to copy its hex code.

Typography
SCALE's typography balances expressive headlines, functional clarity, and technical precision across three typefaces.

Scaley is our illustrated mascot, for informal and playful placements outside the core logo system — such as merchandise, social media, or event materials. Scaley is never a substitute for the logo.
Spectral Compute Logo
SCALE is developed by Spectral Compute. Use these files when you need to reference the parent company.

Full Logo
Icon and wordmark together. Use this by default.

Logomark
Icon only, for tight spaces. The padded file adds built-in clear space for avatars and app tiles.
